RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Our goal is for you to be happy with our products. We stand by their quality, but if you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will return or exchange your product(s). To do so, please follow these instructions:
- Please email us (CLICK HERE), and let us know your order number, what product(s) you are returning, and why you are returning the product(s). If you are requesting a new size or color, please include that information in your email.
- Upon receiving your email, we will generate a return mail label, and email it to you.
- Please carefully re-package your item(s). If the product(s) arrive(s) broken or damaged, we will be unable to exchange the item(s) and/or provide a refund. Please include your original packing slip (if you have it).
- Print the return label, securely attach it to the package, and mail it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns and exchanges must be received at CGO within 30 calendar days of your order date.
- We will do our best to process returns/exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the package.
- For exchanges, we will do our best to ensure you receive your new item(s) within 14 days from when we receive your return.
- We will provide you with one free return shipping label per purchase. It will be sent to you via email. If you need additional return labels for a single order, you will be charged for shipping and handling
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with the original packaging (not including tissue paper). If they are not, we will be unable to process a return or exchange.
- If, due to inadequate return packaging, the product arrives broken or damaged, we will be unable to provide a refund.
- Only items purchased through www.chiefgratitudeofficer.com may be returned/refunded directly through CGO. Products purchased through our retail partners must be returned/exchanged where they were purchased.
- We are unable to provide a refund without proof of purchase (this can be verified with a packing slip or order number from www.chiefgratitudeofficer.com or using your shipping information and email address).
- Refunds will be provided using your original form of payment. Please allow a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your financial statement.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
